At CE, we understand that establishing a peaceful and predictable sleep routine can be incredibly challenging, especially during early parenthood or for families navigating neurodivergence, sensory needs, or heightened stress. Through occupational therapy, we help you create rituals that your nervous system, making evenings feel less chaotic and more connected.
Led by Lindsey Sutton, OTD, our sleep routine support is gentle, individualized, and rooted in both neuroscience and compassion.
We explore how sensory preferences, sleep hygiene, environmental factors, and caregiver routines all play a role in winding down. Whether you're supporting a toddler learning to sleep alone, managing postpartum fatigue, or trying to establish new rhythms in your home, we’re here to guide you through that transition.
