Hi, I'm Lindsey!
I’m an occupational therapist and yoga therapist specializing in holistic, trauma-informed pelvic floor care. My approach is rooted in the belief that movement and breath are foundational to healing—when we move well and breathe well, we live well.
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a truly integrative practice that blends evidence-based techniques with whole-person support. My clinical background includes advanced training in lumbopelvic dry needling, John F. Barnes myofascial release, yoga and Ayurvedic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
I draw on this wide-ranging skill set to help clients reconnect with their bodies, build awareness, and address dysfunction at the source—not just manage symptoms.
I’m passionate about personalizing care to fit each client’s unique story, needs, and environment. Whether you're navigating pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, or simply looking to move and feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you toward sustainable healing and resilience.
I’m also a yoga teacher and love sharing mindful movement in my classes—keep an eye on the calendar—where I bring the same principles of breath, presence, and body awareness from treatment, into the studio.
I’m thrilled to be a part of the team at COREssentials, helping broaden the services we offer and contributing to a space where holistic, patient-centered care is truly the standard.
One of my favorite guiding quotes comes from former AOTA president Alyson Stover:
“If the pelvic floor is not healthy, there is no occupation
we can perform.”
That truth drives my work and reminds me why this care is so vital.
